Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly and patiently guide customers through step-by-step solutions and workarounds.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service.
  • Adhere to Concentrix and Apple's service standards and protocols to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to technical issues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating various software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or help desk experience (even informal).
