Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Apple Professional Aide to join our remote support team. This role is crucial for providing exceptional technical assistance and guidance to Apple users across the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their Apple hardware, software, and services, delivering solutions with professionalism and empathy. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK, provided you have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for a wide range of Apple products and services via phone, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and other Apple software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware problems for devices such as Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of the resolution process.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and service policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
