Job Description
Are you 14 years old, energetic, and looking for your first job in a super fun environment? Gravity Active Entertainment in Glasgow City Centre is looking for enthusiastic Teen Lobby Hosts to join our team! No prior experience is needed – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop customer service skills, and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating joy and excitement for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests as they arrive, making them feel welcome and excited for their visit.
- Provide basic information about our attractions, facilities, and current promotions.
- Assist guests with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate areas.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting lobby area.
- Support the wider team in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
- Engage with younger guests and families to enhance their visit.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
