Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Rental Fleet Detailer to join our team in Thousand Oaks. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, offering stable hours and a consistent work schedule. The primary responsibility will be to ensure our rental vehicles are spotlessly clean, both inside and out, and maintained to the highest standards of presentation before they are rented to our customers. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle exteriors by washing, waxing, and buffing.
- Detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, cleaning upholstery, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage, reporting any issues to management.
- Replenish vehicle fluids (e.g., windshield wiper fluid) as needed.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Move vehicles within the lot as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car detailing, car wash operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
