Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock shelves, racks, and bins with merchandise, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom at all times.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to customers, assisting them with product location and other inquiries.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or balers safely and effectively after receiving appropriate training.
- Verify pricing and signage accuracy to ensure correct product presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, receiving, and preparing products.
- Adhere to all company safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines and procedures.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a reliable attendance record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
