Job Description
Meta is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Ad Content Reviewer to join our Content Moderation team in Aurora, Colorado. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for reviewing advertising content that is flagged by our AI systems or reported by users, ensuring compliance with Meta’s advertising policies and community standards. This position plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our platforms, protecting our users, and supporting advertisers while upholding our commitment to a positive online experience. You will work with complex policy guidelines and make critical decisions that impact our global user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate advertising content (images, videos, text) flagged by AI or user reports against Meta's advertising policies and community standards.
- Make accurate, consistent, and timely decisions on content eligibility.
- Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous policy violations and emerging trends to senior reviewers or policy teams.
- Provide feedback to improve AI detection systems and policy guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy, engineering, and legal to ensure consistent enforcement.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive content.
- Stay updated with ongoing changes in advertising policies and community standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to make sound, objective decisions quickly and consistently under pressure.
- Strong understanding of online content moderation principles and advertising ethics.
- Proficiency in using internal tools and navigating complex software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and disturbing content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Law).
- Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or advertising review.
- Familiarity with Meta's platforms and advertising policies.
- Experience working with AI-driven tools or understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
