Job Description
Arvest Bank is seeking a professional, reliable, and highly discreet Corporate Sedan Driver to join our dedicated team in Downtown Little Rock. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, responsible for providing safe, timely, and confidential transportation services for our executives, valued clients, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and a polished, professional demeanor. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our leadership team and special guests, representing Arvest Bank with professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and visitors to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the corporate vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, optimal functionality, and adherence to a regular maintenance schedule.
- Plan optimal routes considering real-time traffic, weather conditions, and scheduled appointments to ensure timely arrivals.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all passengers and sensitive information encountered during duties.
- Assist passengers with luggage, personal items, and door service as needed, providing a high level of customer service.
- Accurately manage and track trip logs, vehicle maintenance records, fuel consumption, and mileage.
- Be available for occasional flexibility outside of standard hours to support early morning, late evening, or special event requirements, with primary focus on the Monday-Friday schedule.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational readiness.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record and no history of major moving violations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a professional driver, chauffeur, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography, including the Little Rock metropolitan area and surrounding regions, and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally.
- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and time management abilities are paramount.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and real-time traffic applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to perform routine checks (e.g., oil, tire pressure, fluid levels).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically as a corporate driver, executive chauffeur, or private driver for high-net-worth individuals.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driving techniques.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience driving luxury sedans or executive vehicles.
