Job Description
We are seeking highly observant and discreet individuals to join our team as an Airport Terminal Mystery Shopper with a high security focus. In this critical part-time role, you will be instrumental in evaluating the effectiveness of security protocols, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience within assigned airport terminals. Your keen eye for detail will help us identify areas for improvement in security compliance, passenger flow, and service delivery, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all travelers. This role requires adherence to strict confidentiality and reporting guidelines, contributing directly to enhancing airport safety and operational standards. A bonus is provided for successful completion of high-priority assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced, covert evaluations of designated airport security checkpoints, gates, and public areas.
- Observe and document adherence to security procedures, personnel conduct, and facility cleanliness.
- Assess the efficiency of passenger screening processes and wait times.
- Interact with airport staff (e.g., security, airline personnel, customer service) to evaluate service quality and compliance with security protocols.
- Identify and report potential security vulnerabilities or areas requiring operational enhancement.
- Complete detailed and objective reports within a specified timeframe following each assignment, including photographic evidence where appropriate and permissible.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all observed information and assignment details.
- Adhere to all company guidelines and airport regulations during evaluations.
