Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights team. This fully remote role will be crucial in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, identify market opportunities, and optimize business processes for our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, operations, and technology, to drive data-driven strategies that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
- Translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and design effective analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and strategic proposals to internal teams and clients.
- Support the development and implementation of new strategies and business models.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical processes and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, analytical tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and insights generation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm or a customer experience (CX) focused industry.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing.
