Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in comprehensive technical training programs to develop expertise in wellbore operations.
  • Assist senior Wellbore Specialists in the preparation, mobilization, and demobilization of equipment for job sites.
  • Learn to operate and maintain various wellbore tools and equipment under direct supervision.
  • Support data collection and analysis efforts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
  • Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors regarding job status and challenges.
  • Contribute to post-job reports and operational summaries as required.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with heavy machinery
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and remote locations
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence
