Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and impeccably presented Residential Concierge to join our prestigious team at The Coal Exchange Hotel Residences. This Front Desk Role is pivotal in ensuring our residents and their guests receive an exemplary level of service and a warm, professional welcome. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a lasting positive impression, managing front desk operations efficiently, and proactively anticipating the needs of our discerning residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all residents and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including calls, mail, and package handling.
  • Address resident inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, offering personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a secure environment by monitoring access, managing keys, and liaising with security personnel.
  • Coordinate various services for residents, such as booking transportation, making reservations, and arranging maintenance.
  • Keep the lobby and common areas immaculate and presentable at all times.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate logs and records.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all building-related communications.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
