Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Teleperformance Project Coordinator with a strong business focus to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful execution of various projects across Teleperformance’s extensive operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in coordinating resources, managing timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring projects align with strategic business objectives. This is a critical role that bridges operational execution with strategic business goals, demanding a proactive approach and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Facilitate efficient communication flow between stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Track project budget and manage expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Assist in risk management and mitigation planning.
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, and ensure minutes are documented and distributed.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Business acumen and an understanding of operational processes.
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve project issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
