Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to Greggs' standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Support the kitchen team with general duties, ensuring smooth operation during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
