Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries related to Netflix services for our client’s user base. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary communication liaison between users and Netflix, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Manage and respond to communication across various channels, including email, chat, and potentially social media, with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Escalate complex technical or account-specific issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication with the user.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on Netflix service updates, policy changes, and common user issues to provide informed support.
- Contribute to a positive user experience by ensuring timely, effective, and high-quality communication.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
