Job Description
Join Canadian Tire’s innovative new mobile service team as an Interior Car Vacuum Tasker. This role involves traveling to customer locations within Halifax and the surrounding areas to provide professional and efficient interior car vacuuming services. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, utilizing provided equipment, and managing your schedule effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various customer locations within the designated service area to perform interior car vacuuming.
- Efficiently vacuum car carpets, seats, mats, and other interior surfaces to remove dirt, debris, and pet hair.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and customer expectations are met.
- Maintain and organize all cleaning equipment and supplies provided by the company.
- Manage your daily schedule and appointments, ensuring punctuality and adherence to timeframes.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during service delivery.
- Process payment and complete service reports accurately using a mobile device.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between service locations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift cleaning equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in car detailing, cleaning services, or a similar mobile tasker role.
- Familiarity with various car interior materials and cleaning techniques.
