Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Resilience Trainer to join our team, working on a stable government contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering comprehensive resilience training programs designed to enhance the adaptability, psychological well-being, and performance of personnel within government agencies. This position requires a deep understanding of resilience principles, adult learning methodologies, and the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs, design engaging curricula, and facilitate impactful workshops that build critical skills for navigating high-stress environments and fostering a resilient workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and deliver resilience training curricula for government personnel.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify specific resilience challenges and training requirements.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and post-traumatic growth.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure training content aligns with contract objectives and client needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Stay current with best practices in resilience, psychology, adult learning, and government training requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate training, human performance, or resilience coaching.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs to diverse adult audiences.
  • Strong understanding of resilience principles, psychological well-being, and stress management techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • Certifications in resilience training (e.g., RPP, ERCM), coaching, or instructional design.
  • Experience working with government agencies or on government contracts.
  • Familiarity with various learning technologies and virtual facilitation platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in program evaluation and impact assessment.
