Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Apple Administrative Partner to provide exceptional business support to our teams, working entirely remotely. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and facilitating communication across various departments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to one of the world’s most admired companies from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements (when necessary), and expense reporting.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and managing workflows to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other documents using Apple Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Onboard new team members, assisting with access provisioning and initial setup.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and tools to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate or technology environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Apple's ecosystem and productivity software (Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Mail, Calendar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
  • Discretion and experience handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting executive-level staff or multiple managers.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in a global or multicultural work environment.
