Job Description

Join Iron Mountain as a Work From Home Archive Digitization Assistant. This flexible, part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of preserving and managing valuable information assets from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for digitizing physical records, ensuring high-quality digital reproductions, and maintaining accurate data entry. This role is ideal for organized individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for preserving historical and business records in a digital format. As a fully remote position, you will need a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan and digitize various types of physical documents and records according to established protocols.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on digitized images to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Index and catalog digitized files, entering metadata into designated systems with precision.
  • Organize and maintain digital archives, ensuring files are stored correctly and are easily retrievable.
  • Follow strict data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project progress and any technical issues encountered.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and file management.
