Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated Machine Learning Programmers to join our New Grad Program in Cedar Rapids, IA. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and documentation of ML solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and technologies.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and statistical methods.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
