Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong business focus to join our dynamic team. This role is 100% remote and will support various projects across Apple’s business divisions, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all project documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay within budget.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants, scheduling and facilitating meetings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of project proposals, reports, and communications.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Help prepare project budgets and track expenses.
- Support the business team in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2+ years)
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience working within the technology or consumer electronics industry
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with remote team coordination tools and best practices
