Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor driver progress and address any issues or delays in real-time.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including pickup and delivery times.
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation for drivers.
- Support in coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Utilize dispatch software and communication systems efficiently.
