Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Microsoft Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to our global operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our client accounts focused on Microsoft technologies, ensuring seamless communication, project coordination, and client satisfaction. You will act as a key liaison between clients and our internal technical teams, helping to drive success for various Microsoft-centric projects and services. This role is an immediate opening for a dedicated professional eager to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts regarding Microsoft-related projects and services.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for service expansion.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and responsive communication.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account coordination, project support, or client services, preferably within an IT or tech-related field.
- Demonstrable understanding of Microsoft products and services (e.g., M365, Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working for a Microsoft partner or IT consulting firm.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals).
- Experience in a fully remote work setup.
