Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Microsoft Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role is specifically focused on empowering tech startups to maximize their investment in Microsoft technologies. You will be instrumental in ensuring our startup clients achieve their business objectives, adopt new features, and expand their usage of Microsoft’s cloud platform (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365). You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique challenges and guiding them towards solutions that accelerate their growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical and strategic advisor for a portfolio of tech startup clients leveraging Microsoft solutions.
  • Drive adoption and ensure successful utilization of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other relevant Microsoft cloud services within startup environments.
  • Proactively identify client needs, pain points, and opportunities for expanding Microsoft product usage.
  • Develop and execute success plans that outline clear objectives, milestones, and metrics for client success.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, technical architects, and product teams to provide comprehensive solutions and support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, report on progress, and address any challenges.
  • Stay current with Microsoft product updates, industry trends, and the specific needs of the tech startup sector.
  • Champion customer advocacy and gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related services.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Experience working with or within the tech startup ecosystem.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and startup culture.
