Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity with weekly pay? Concentrix is hiring dedicated WFH Teleperformance Agents to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels. This is a 100% remote position, offering the convenience of working from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues accurately and promptly.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
