Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Foreign Exchange Teller to join our team in New Port Richey, Florida. You will be responsible for handling a variety of foreign currency transactions, educating clients on exchange rates and international banking services, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Process foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently for clients.
- Educate clients on current exchange rates, international banking services, and travel-related financial advice.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all foreign currency transactions.
- Handle and reconcile cash drawers daily, ensuring all balances match.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services relevant to international travel.
- Stay informed on global economic trends and their impact on currency exchange rates.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA/AML guidelines.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
