Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Operations Associate with a keen interest in Google Business tools and a drive for career growth to join our Long Beach team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.

  • Monitor and analyze operational data using Google Analytics and other Google Business tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new operational processes and technologies, particularly those integrated with Google platforms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize resource allocation and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and operational activities.
