As a Receptionist Aide, you will be the welcoming face of our facility, providing crucial administrative support and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry.
- Support office staff with various clerical duties as needed.
- Handle inquiries with courtesy and provide accurate information or direct to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
