Job Description

ASM Global is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Weekend Event Ushers in Pasco. This is an incredible opportunity to work at exciting local events, including sporting games, concerts, and community gatherings, all while contributing to a vibrant atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct guests to their seats, facilities, and points of interest with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Monitor assigned sections for potential safety hazards, issues, or disruptive behavior, reporting any concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding event schedules, venue services, and general inquiries.
- Assist with crowd management and flow during entry, intermission, and exit periods.
- Ensure ADA seating compliance and assist guests with special needs as required.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment within assigned areas.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in evacuation procedures if necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to working scheduled weekend shifts.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing.
- Familiarity with local event venues and their layouts.
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures.
- Experience with crowd control or public safety.
