Job Description
Are you passionate about engaging with young people and facilitating dynamic online learning experiences? EVERFI is seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Online Virtual Host to lead webinars and events specifically designed for 15-year-old teens. In this remote, part-time role, you will be the face of our online programs, inspiring participation, fostering discussion, and ensuring a positive and educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves connecting with youth, is comfortable with technology, and can bring energy and clarity to virtual sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live online webinars and interactive events tailored for 15-year-old participants.
- Engage teens through polls, Q&A sessions, chat moderation, and interactive activities.
- Facilitate discussions on various educational topics, ensuring all participants feel heard and respected.
- Manage technical aspects of online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) during live sessions, including screen sharing, breakout rooms, and presentation flow.
- Work collaboratively with content developers and program managers to understand session objectives and content.
- Provide feedback on session effectiveness and participant engagement to continuously improve program delivery.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive virtual environment for all attendees.
- Prepare and review session materials, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to connect with and engage a teenage audience.
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and interactive tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Empathy and patience when working with young people.
