Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and directing them to appropriate bank personnel or self-service options.
- Assisting with basic customer inquiries and providing general information about bank services.
- Managing lobby traffic and ensuring a smooth customer flow.
- Providing administrative support to branch staff as needed, including filing, organizing, and data entry.
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives during the peak holiday season.
- Ensuring the lobby and customer areas are tidy and well-stocked with necessary forms and brochures.
- Adhering to all bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
