Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Aide to join our dynamic food and beverage team at Hilton Belfast. This part-time role is designed to offer flexibility, making it an ideal opportunity for stay-at-home parents looking to re-enter the workforce or supplement their income with hours that fit their family commitments. As a Restaurant Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience by supporting our service staff and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently and according to service standards.
- Replenish condiments, silverware, and glassware in dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
- Support servers and bartenders by running food, refilling drinks, and assisting with guest requests promptly.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available for service periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all patrons and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications
