Job Description
Are you a motivated 14-year-old looking for your very first job in a friendly and supportive environment? Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in New Port Richey is seeking enthusiastic Teens to join our team as Dining Room Attendants. This is an excellent opportunity to learn valuable work skills, understand the basics of hospitality, and contribute to creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting dining areas efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces.
- Ensure condiment stations are stocked and clean.
- Support the team by running food and drinks to tables when needed.
- Refill water glasses and assist guests with basic requests.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for both guests and team members.
Required Skills
- Ability to work legally at 14 years old in Florida (with appropriate work permits if required).
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
