Job Description
As an AI Data Integrity Verifier – Precision Role at IBM, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance of data used to train and validate our advanced AI models. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data quality. You will meticulously review datasets, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with AI engineers to rectify issues, contributing directly to the trustworthiness and performance of IBM’s AI solutions. This is a Hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site collaboration and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed verification and validation of large datasets for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and document data anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential biases within AI training data.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and ethicists to resolve data integrity issues.
- Implement and adhere to strict data governance policies and ethical AI guidelines.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of data verification processes and tools.
- Provide clear, concise reports on data quality findings and remediation efforts.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with AI technologies and data integrity best practices.
