Job Description
We are seeking empathetic and skilled WFH Life Coaches to empower mothers to achieve a harmonious balance between their professional aspirations and family commitments. This fully remote contract position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a profound impact on the lives of our members. You will guide clients through personalized coaching programs, helping them identify goals, overcome challenges, and develop sustainable strategies for success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with a diverse roster of clients, primarily mothers balancing career and family.
- Develop personalized coaching plans, setting clear goals and actionable steps in collaboration with clients.
- Provide guidance and support on time management, stress reduction, career development, personal growth, and family dynamics.
- Utilize active listening, powerful questioning, and constructive feedback to facilitate client self-discovery and growth.
- Track client progress and adapt coaching strategies to meet evolving needs and ensure goal attainment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our secure platform.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of coaching.
Required Skills
- Certified Life Coach (ICF or equivalent accreditation preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in coaching or counseling, particularly with women or parents
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms
- High degree of empathy, emotional intelligence, and non-judgmental approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or a related field
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
- Personal experience as a working mother or deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by them
- Additional certifications in specialized coaching areas (e.g., career coaching, wellness coaching)
