Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Service Associate with a strong focus on Google Brand services and familiarity with online classifieds platforms like Subito. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for users and businesses, providing comprehensive support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their online presence and ad performance. This position requires excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a deep understanding of Google’s various online products and how they integrate with marketplace platforms. You will work within a dynamic team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for users and businesses utilizing Google's suite of online services (e.g., Google Ads, Google My Business, Google Analytics) in the context of online marketplaces.
- Assist users with account setup, ad campaign management, listing optimization, and troubleshooting technical issues on platforms similar to Subito.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal requirements.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, resolve recurring issues, and suggest improvements to service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate users on best practices for maximizing their visibility and engagement through Google tools and marketplace features.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google product changes, industry trends, and platform updates.
- Handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online customer service or technical support.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Google Ads, Google My Business, or Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of online classifieds, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads certification or other relevant Google product certifications.
- Familiarity with content moderation best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.
