Job Description
As a Beauty Brand Rep, you will be the enthusiastic face of leading beauty brands within Boots stores, primarily focusing on engaging customers through dynamic in-store product demonstrations. Your role will be crucial in showcasing the features and benefits of various beauty products, driving sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual passionate about beauty and sales, ready to earn a high base pay for their expertise and dedication in Guildford, Surrey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive in-store product demonstrations for beauty products.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Drive product sales through effective demonstration and persuasive communication.
- Maintain an expert-level knowledge of assigned beauty brands and their product lines.
- Build rapport with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
- Set up and dismantle product display areas, ensuring they are visually appealing and tidy.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to store management and brand representatives.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
