Job Description
Are you a motivated 14-year-old looking for your very first job? Hilton Leeds City is offering an exciting opportunity to join our friendly dining room team as an Assistant. This entry-level position is designed to provide valuable work experience in a supportive environment. You’ll assist our experienced staff in ensuring our guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience, learning the ropes of professional hospitality. No prior experience is needed – we’re looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting and clearing tables in the dining area
- Help to keep the dining room tidy and organized before, during, and after service
- Support servers and other dining staff by replenishing cutlery, napkins, and condiments
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with simple requests
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Learn and adhere to Hilton's service standards
