Job Description
Are you looking for an immediate opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team? Chili’s Grill & Bar in Olathe is hiring enthusiastic and hardworking Bussers! This is an incredible opportunity for individuals who are ready to jump in and contribute from day one. No prior experience is necessary, and you don’t even need a resume to apply! Key Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, preparing them for the next diners.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down chairs and booths.
- Ensure the server stations are stocked with clean dishes, silverware, and other supplies.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team to support restaurant operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry.
