Job Description
We are seeking a discerning and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bridal Shop Secret Shopper. In this unique weekend role, you will help us maintain our high standards of luxury service by anonymously evaluating the client experience at our Colorado Springs boutique. Your observations will be crucial in ensuring every bride receives the exceptional attention and luxurious journey they deserve. This is an on-site, part-time position, primarily during weekend operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit our bridal boutique during specified weekend hours, posing as a potential bride or a member of a bridal party.
- Objectively evaluate all aspects of the customer journey, including initial greeting, showroom ambiance, product presentation, consultant engagement, product knowledge, fitting room experience, and closing interactions.
- Assess staff professionalism, attentiveness, and adherence to our luxury service standards.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on your overall experience through a structured report format.
- Maintain complete anonymity throughout the shopping experience.
