Job Description

Are you a high school student looking for flexible, casual work with opportunities to travel and gain valuable experience? RGIS is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented High School Inventory Counters to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves traveling to various high school locations within Arizona to perform accurate inventory counts using our proprietary tools and technology. It’s a fantastic opportunity to earn income, develop your skills, and work in a dynamic team environment without committing to a fixed, full-time schedule. Training is provided, making it an ideal entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned high school locations throughout Arizona with your team.
  • Accurately count inventory items (e.g., books, equipment, supplies) using RGIS scanning devices.
  • Ensure all inventory is properly accounted for and recorded.
  • Work efficiently and accurately to meet project deadlines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all client sites.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in high school or recently graduated.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites within Arizona (transportation often provided or arranged).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory, retail, or a similar environment (not required, but a plus).
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including some evenings or weekends.
  • Strong communication skills.
