Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals new to the mortgage field, as comprehensive training will be provided. In this bank-based administrative role, you will support our mortgage loan officers by managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Your organizational skills and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in facilitating a smooth and efficient loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist mortgage loan officers with administrative tasks throughout the loan application process.
- Gather, organize, and verify borrower documentation including income, asset, and credit information.
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other third parties to obtain necessary paperwork.
- Prepare loan disclosures and closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files in the company's system.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for loan officers.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform data entry and manage digital document submission platforms.
- Learn and adhere to all relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
