Job Description

Are you a Google enthusiast with a deep understanding of its ecosystem? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote Google Expert to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, with all necessary equipment provided, supporting our clients in leveraging Google’s powerful suite of tools and platforms. As a Google Expert, you will provide critical guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic advice across various Google products, ensuring our clients maximize their digital potential. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and autonomy while being an integral part of a collaborative global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support and consultation on a wide range of Google products, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant Google services.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Google products, offering timely and effective solutions to clients.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and educational materials to help clients and internal teams enhance their Google product proficiency.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand their business objectives and recommend Google-centric solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product updates, features, and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge base.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and consistent support.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation phases, ensuring Google solutions are integrated seamlessly.
  • Monitor performance and usage of Google tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrable expert-level knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new Google technologies and updates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Professional Certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Cloud Digital Leader, Google Analytics Individual Qualification).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing technical support or consulting role.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools relevant to Google products (e.g., Apps Script).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a large enterprise or consulting environment.
