Job Description
Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Sales Lead Auditor with a strong focus on professional services. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the quality and compliance of sales leads, processes, and data within our professional services division. Your work will ensure the integrity of our sales pipeline, optimize lead conversion, and uphold our commitment to excellence. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems, particularly within a professional services context. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of sales leads generated for professional services, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established criteria.
- Verify the qualification status of leads, ensuring they meet defined Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) parameters.
- Review sales processes and CRM data for compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential areas of non-compliance in lead data and sales activities.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to sales teams and management to improve lead quality, process efficiency, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain audit reports, dashboards, and documentation to track performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine lead generation strategies and qualification frameworks.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in sales lead management and professional services sales.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, lead generation, quality assurance, or auditing roles, preferably within professional services.
- Proven understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and lead management processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools or business intelligence platforms.
- Certification in sales operations, quality management, or a related discipline.
