Job Description

As an Apple Hardware Systems Aide, you will provide critical technical and administrative support to our hardware design and engineering teams. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn about the intricate details of hardware development. You will assist with documentation, lab organization, component tracking, and basic troubleshooting, playing a vital part in bringing groundbreaking Apple products to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist hardware engineers with documentation and technical report generation.
  • Organize and maintain laboratory equipment, components, and prototypes.
  • Track and manage inventory of hardware parts and development kits.
  • Support basic diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of hardware systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for component delivery and engineering samples.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project workflows.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards in the lab environment.
