Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn? Apple Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Apple Genius (Trainee) in Boise, ID. This entry-level position offers comprehensive technical repair training, equipping you with the skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of Apple products. You’ll work directly with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance, turning complex technical issues into positive experiences. No prior experience is required; we’re looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn, a customer-first mindset, and an aptitude for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program to become proficient in Apple product diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Apple hardware and software, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and other devices, following established guidelines.
- Provide clear, concise, and easy-to-understand explanations of technical issues and solutions to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously learn about new Apple products, services, and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Preferred Qualifications
