Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting and virtual office supply management.
  • Assist with special projects and research assignments as needed.
  • Act as a professional point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support executive travel arrangements and logistics as required (virtually).

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous administrative or executive support experience, even in a non-corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
