Job Description
Regions Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Bank Teller in Mobile, Alabama. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in banking, offering comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Regions Bank, providing excellent service to our customers, handling transactions accurately, and helping them with their financial needs. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, balancing it at the end of each shift.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate bank products and services, making referrals to other specialists as needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Operate ATM and other banking equipment.
