Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Legal Inquiry Evaluator with a strong focus on legal technology to join our remote team. In this role, you will be crucial in reviewing and evaluating legal inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and legal frameworks. You will leverage advanced legal tech tools and platforms to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and contribute to the efficiency of our legal operations. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, all from a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate legal inquiries, subpoenas, court orders, and other legal documents for accuracy, validity, and scope.
  • Utilize legal technology platforms and tools to manage case workflows, conduct research, and analyze data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal legal counsel and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to legal requests.
  • Identify and escalate complex legal issues requiring specialized expertise.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all evaluations and actions taken.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal inquiry processes and the adoption of new legal tech solutions.
  • Stay current with relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting company operations.
  • Adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
