Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination via Google Calendar.
  • Conduct research and compile information using Google Search and other online resources.
  • Support data entry, analysis, and report generation in Google Sheets.
  • Facilitate communication across teams using Google Meet and Gmail.
  • Help maintain internal databases and information systems.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
