Job Description
As a Hall Porter at Malmaison Coventry, you will be the welcoming face of our luxury hotel, providing an impeccable first impression and ensuring every guest’s arrival and departure is seamless and memorable. This role is central to our commitment to traditional luxury service, requiring an individual who is polished, proactive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. You will assist guests with luggage, provide essential information, maintain the grandeur of our entrance, and anticipate needs with a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering a professional and courteous welcome.
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe and efficient transfer to and from their rooms.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and security of the hotel's entrance and lobby areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- Handle valet parking duties (if applicable) and coordinate taxi services for guests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, parcels, and mail with discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure cohesive guest service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
